Currently Samantha Mohr is a freelance on-camera meteorologist at CNN World Weather in Atlanta.  Prior to this she was an on camera meteorologist at The Weather Channel.  She came to TWC in 2007 to anchor the weather on the highly rated Weekend View and also contributed to NBC Nightly News, MSNBC, and CNBC.

Previously Samantha Mohr was the award winning chief meteorologist for KPIX CBS 5 in San Francisco California. While there she presented the weather for CBS 5 Eyewitness News at 5, 6:30, and San Francisco’s number one rated 11pm newscast.   Samantha also provided weather forecasts for KCBS radio during the evening commute and wrote a daily weather column for the largest bay area newspaper the San Francisco Chronicle. 

While working at KTVK in Phoenix, Samantha provided weather coverage for all newscasts.  Samantha also anchored the number-one rated "Good Morning Arizona”, "Project Parenting”, and “Raising Arizona Kids." 
Mohr served on the broadcast board of the American Meteorological Society evaluating candidates for the Society's Seal of Approval.  Mohr was awarded the Seal of Approval by the A.M.S. in 1993.
